Congratulations to Marisa Torres! She received the Research Award for Diversity, Inclusion, and Social Justice for her poster on Colorectal Cancer Screening Trends and Screening Modalities Among Californians in 2018.

Marisa’s research highlights that in 2018 Latinx individuals were the least likely to receive any type of Colorectal Cancer Screening of any demographic group, and that colonoscopy screening fluctuated by income level.
